AVG will not start after swift lib quarantine

Hello Jeff,

Sorry for the delay in responding. Have you tried to use "Restore to" option and was the detected file stored in some temporary storage (E.g. mounted installer, USB driver, etc.)?

Hello all -

I know AVG has been working to fix the (false?) quarantining of the swift lib that has broken (my, and many other's 1password app) but it seems to have broken AVG itself, as it will now not open.

I would go for an uninstall and reinstall but was hoping to be able to use a hopefully patched AVG to put back the swiflib that hosed 1password. As it is, unless someone can tell me the file location of the quarantine folder, I am a bit stuck, as I want the 1pass file back in place, but can't, since AVG will not open.

Tried your recommended fix re launch daemons in terminal but to no avail -

running 10.12.6

Any thoughts much appreciated, thanks!
