Error message appears ' the code execution cannot proceed because JsonRpcServer.dll was not found. Reinstalling the programme may fix this problem'

I have tried repairing the programme as suggested in a previous reply.but without success.

How do I re-install the programme bearing in mind that this is not the free version and I don't want to have to pay again.
