Well, I've downloaded the AVG utility for 32 Bit and removed AVG asper your instructions. Then I clicked on the link you provided. I downloaded the two products I have bought (Anti Virus and Tune Up) and now… The software says my Key Codes are incorrect.
I have downloaded the key codes from your system but no, the codes your system provided me are not recognised by your system!

I am trying to sort out my Mother's computer. Unfortunately she has bought your software.
AVG won't upgrade because it says 'You have an installation running in the background'. I don't have anything I can see running in the background. So why won't it upgrade? And why do AVG consider it quite acceptable to take my money for a service that isn't fit for service and then not offer a customer support service? I see others have the same issue on this 'support' forum which seems to be made up of lots of your paying customers asking other customers how to fix your crap software!
That's against the law in the UK… 'Fit for purpose' is a legal definition. You recall the concept of 'The Law' AVG?
PS It has taken me 2 weeks to get logged in because your server kept crashing. Have you got a virus perhaps?! You should try NORTON…
