Windows upgrade 1903 will not install completely. Stops at 35%, then says to uninstall AVG Antivirus, which I did do. I also ran the AVG clear, restarted the PC, ran the AVG remover, restarted. I then saw another post from Ranjani about deleting temp files. I did run window, typed temp and do not understand what to do from there. There were a bunch of files in there, but do not understand the %temp%, %appdata%, %programdata% or where to type that. It also will not let me delete some files as it requires permission from Administrator, which I should be. Do I need to log in somewhere else as Administrator? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
