Greetings,
We're glad to look into this & help you. Appreciate your attempt in sharing us the screenshot.
It seems that the screenshot of the message didn't get attached to your post. Would you be so kind to resend it to us?
To do so : Click on Answer on your topic - Select mountain symbol (image icon) - Browse & upload the image.
Note : If you get 'See details' option in the pop up, click on it & then share us the screenshot.
Once we receive the screenshot, we might be in a position to help you with alternate workaround other than disabling the entire AVG protection temporarily.
I tried that but it didn't give me the choice to upload a photo, only submit an url, which is what I tried (the url to it in my dropbox). Today it is giving me both choices.
Zoom has a critical update pending and wants everyone to update before May 30th. Otherwise it will force the update. I have tried multiple times to update and AVG stops it every time. Is there any way around this other than disabling AVG? I found one other post on here from a month ago with the same issue, but it seemed to have mysteriously resolved itself for that user. So far I have not had that luck.
Glad to know that your issue is resolved.
Thanks for choosing AVG.
Thanks for the screenshot.
As the detection path is Chrome browser, I request you to reset Google Chrome browser and check if you receive the same pop-up.
Refer the link below for the steps to reset.

That worked. Thank you.
