It didnt work. I tried it again under both accounts, with no luck.

We request you to right click on the AVG PC TuneUp icon on your desktop and choose "Run as Administrator" and check whether you are able to delete the temporary files.

I tried to delete duplicate files with AVG tuneup. It told me it could not delete files without Administrator permission. My windows account is set to administrator. When that didnt work, I activated the administrator account in windows and tried to run the tuneup from that account and delet duplicate files and it still did not work. How do I delete dupicate files with AVG tuneup if even the administrator account does not let me do it?
