AVG won't install on windows 10

Daniel, New Win 10 laptop… Is there already a 3rd party AV installed on the system?. Also with Win 10 Windows Defender is classified as an AntiVirus prog so if the real-time protection isn't disabled it can conflict with AVG.

hey does anyone know why I cant install avg? bought a new laptop with windows 10, its going through the process getting me to restart the computer then at last minute its saying error code 0xC0070643 description event exec_finished. any help would be appreciated and im a complete technophobe so easy to understand answers please
