Avg wont launch

Hello Pat,

Are you getting any error message when trying to activate the program? I see that you have AVG Ultimate (valid until 2/24/2019 ) which doesn't require a license number, you have to activate it with your Myaccount credentials. Please provide the screenshot [http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-create-a-screenshot] of the AVG Interface to check and assist further.
