Hi
I've received help for this twice in the last couple of weeks, helpful techs removed it both times. When I ran scans after this, the same virus was detected and AVG Internet Security was able to remove it, however after the first two times when I run the AVG Internet Security scan it is detected and AVG cannot remove it again.
A customer support representative sent me an email a couple of days again when I first posted this but when I reply to that email it bounces back.
The email says "If you are receiving this message after replying to an AVG email, we were not able to identify your email properly. Please reply to the original AVG email without editing the subject line so that we can process your request." I do not change the subject line so I don't know why this happens.
Can I please get some assistance?
Thank you
