I signed up for multiple device security on June 9th of this year. My computer was running slow, so I ran a scan on it. One of the issues was that there were some apps that were slowing things down. I clicked on the resolve tab, but a window popped up telling about buying advanced protection, when I already did this. Then I closed the screen, & then it took me back to the screen to resolve. Why would this happen?
