Avg wont shutdown after running

We've haven't received any query similar to your query. Also, there wasn't any major update released recently.
If you suspect that AVG is causing the issue, we can uninstall AVG & check.

Before proceeding with that, please let us know if you've scheduled automatic shutdown using Task Scheduler or any app.

Am running AVG free version on my laptop with windows 7 operating system and the automatic shutdown has stopped working  this week  (3/13/19). Was there an update that caused this from you folks?
