AVG won't uninstall from Windows 7

We request you to download and run AVG remover tool through the following link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to uninstall all the traces of AVG from your computer.
If you would like to re-install AVG antivirus free, please use the following link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/Antivirus_Free_1817.exe
Please refer this link http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-disable-AVG and disable AVG if you have issues in connecting to Internet.
If the issue persists even after disabling AVG, it could not be the issue with AVG program.

I downloaded a free AVG to my computer, and after logging off I am now unable to connect to the Internet. After doing some research, I am getting a message that AVG is not compatible. So, now I am trying to uninstall it from my system and it is not uninstalling.
    What can I do now , by I am unable toaccess the IInternet ?
