I checked the forums and tried to do what has been posted. I uninstalled and reinstalled AVG Internet Security as directed, the update never finishes. I can't uninstall the program as it seems to be 'running' per the uninstall shield. Please help me with your product. Version 18.513059. also, even with auto scan and update in my settings, everything is 2 weeks old. have I been hacked?
