AVG carefully monitors the quality of our products and the service we provide. I checked your previous contact and see that you had reported that you're receiving promotional pop ups from us.
Many of our users find these offers useful. We handpick them from our own products or those of partners we feel can add to your security or digital experience.
The frequency of pop ups can be controlled directly from the app or can be even turned off (please open AVG Internet Security > menu > settings > general > Pop ups > manage your pop ups). Also, you can uncheck the box "show pop up offers for other AVG Products" in general > Privacy settings.

I've not researched the results of the favorite companies providing PC software protection… during the past few years.
I 'blindly' trusted AVG as a company to make sure they were providing everything I needed to be safe.
HOW Careless of ME!
AVG does not seem to have the best ratings on the Internet review lists.
NOW… I must make another choice…
Even though AVG has been my provider for the past 5+ years… It's time to seek out a better alternative.
