Hello Marco,
I regret for the inconvenience caused. To restore the file from quarantine, please follow the steps mentioned in this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Using-the-AVG-Quarantine ). Once you have restored it, please add that file to AVG exception list as per the steps mentioned in this article ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-make-exclusions-from-all-scans-and-shields ) and this will be a temporary fix. For the permanent fix, please report the false detection by AVG at https://www.avg.com/submit-sample . Our developers will check that and whitelist that file from AVG virus definitions.
If you are still unable to restore that file from quarantine, please share the screenshot of AVG quarantine to assist further.

AVG has started blocking some programs :
- mingw-w64 installer : mingw-w64-install.exe (which sometimes I re-download because this installer changes, so I have got it with file name such as mingw-w64-install(9).exe ). See it on MinGW-w64 - for 32 and 64 bit Windows - Browse /mingw-w64 at SourceForge.net
- Anaconda (a python distribution) IDE (Anaconda3/pythonw.exe) .
How can I get rid of this behavior ? I wouldn't like to add exceptions to the antivirus for EVERY program. It's the antivirus that should understand if a program is malicious or not !
