We'll certainly help you resolve this. It is not possible to reset or restore this password. Please follow the steps below to bypass the password protection and access AVG.

1. Restart the computer in Safe mode.
2. Then delete the "aswResp.dat" file located at C:\ProgramData\AVG\Antivirus\aswResp.dat.
3. Restart the PC and you should be able to open AVG without entering the password.
