Hello Allan. Thank you for contacting us. I would request you to disable AVG Firewall temporarily and check if the issue is resolved. To disable AVG firewall: http://bit.ly/1DH5YdL
Everything works just fine when it's disabled!
I installed AVG Zen 2015 across a few PC's split over LAN "A" and LAN "B". Both are connected via a hardware VPN and has been stable until I installed this software.
On several machines on LAN "A", the Workgroup PC's have vanished completely from others on the same network. No machines from LAN "B" are showing either despite the VPN being in place.
Any suggestions on what to change to have things back to normal? Do not want to uninstall as I actually like the software.
Allan, thank you for the information. I would request you to add the IP address of your VPN connection to AVG firewall's exception list. To perform that, please follow the steps in this article: http://avgclick.me/FWallow
Please feel free to contact us back should you need any further assistance.

Hi Allan,
Do you have selected private network(http://www.pcadvisor.co.uk/how-to/windows/3473563/change-your-network-location-settings/) in all computers?
Thanks
