Hi Mandar, I will help you with the issue, did you install the AVG ZEN after installing AVG Internet security in your computer ? cause I checked your account and it seems you have active AVG Internet security, to use the AVG ZEN you have to install AVG Protection multi device.

I install AVG zen in my Windows PC & mobile phone.
By mobile phone i can start Complete PC scan. But after cross verify whether in PC really scanning start or not, i abort it when only 55% scanning is over.
My mobile app AVG Zen not show any notification about aborted Scan. But it show 'no threats' in PC.
My question is how can i trust on this app when i can fool it by easy steps, Hackers will use more complex steps & give trouble. I think AVG people want money thats why full of bug apps for free without testing properly.
I need explaination about this as user/buyer of apps.
