AVG Zen Account Connection Issue

Are you able to to login on AVG My account using your Browser?

I just tried installing it again and still will not authenticate with my user account or password, here's a screen image that you asked for:

I've recently purchased a new MacBook Pro and installed my AVG Antivirus program from my Zen account. When I try to "connect" to my account I get a message telling me that my account user name and password do not match. These do match but I decided to complete a password reset - after resetting my password I still get the same error message.

I have the same issue. I am unable to login on AVG Zen in Mac, although I have no problems with login on AVG My account using my Browser (both, Chrome and Opera). Please advise.
