Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We request you to completely reinstall AVG program using our AVG remover tool.
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.
3) Restart your PC when the restart option is displayed on the remover tool screen.
NOTE: Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.

i purchased a one year membership of avg zen at the end of may.Since then I have tried to use zen but for some reason my system has reverted to 2014 membership of avg and keeps asking me to pay.
there does not appear to be a telephone contact number to which i can explain my problem.I am now having to consider cacelling my membership and requesting a refund of the £38 which I paid for membership
