AVG Zen and AVG Ultimate

Hi,
I have a AVG Ultimate subscription and when I use AVG Zen for my devices it is still asking me to upgrade even though I have logged into my account. My AVG antivirus says its the Pro license. Also when I try to scan the devices it takes for ever and sometimes doesnt work. 

Can anyone help?

Could you please confirm us whether you have purchased AVG Ultimate Multidevice from your mobile device and whether you have been asked for the upgrade on the mobile device? If so  please click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H and choose Yes for the Question "Are you currently using any paid/trial AVG products?" inspite of using the Free version and fill out necessary details and click on Email option. Our AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email as soon as possible.
