Sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused. I'd like to inform you that AVG Zen is just an app to connect and maintain all your devices under one subscription. Do you receive any error message when you try to launch the application?
Team, I have used AVG products for 2 years with no problems. But I purchased AVG Zen two days ago and now my Microsoft Office products – particularly Outlook and PowerPoint – keep crashing. It is happening on a Samsung laptop and a HP desk-top. The fact that it started just on both machines just after I installed Zen makes me think that Zen is the problem. I am using Windowz 7, with Office 2010. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Thanks, Gerard
Avinash, thanks for the reply. There are no error messages when I launch the application. With PowerPoint, I get errors when I open certain presentations (but not all). With Outlook it crashes when I open some emails that try to download images from web-sites. Plain emails are not a problem. But here's something odd. I have 3 computers. Two identical Samsung lap tops and a HP desktop. AVG worked fine on all 3. I loaded zen and the problem is on 2 of the three. What those two have in common is they are attached to a 34" Samsung screen. One laptop is stand-alone. All 3 have identical software. So odd that one Samsung lap top (with the large screen) has the problem; the other does not. Is it possible the screen is an issue with AVG? Thx, Gerard
