AVG Zen/AVG Mobilation

Hi all,

I recently had my mobile stolen, and have since gotten a new one. I had hoped to maybe locate the old with AVG Mobilation and have periodically checked to see if I can locate it. I had set up AVG on my new phone and connected it to my account.

Today, I noticed that I was not able to log into the AVG Mobilation site. I changed my password twice and could log into the AVG website but not the AVG Mobilation one. I also noticed that on AVG Zen, I cannot see my protected devices anymore either, and upon logging out and trying to log back into Zen, I can't do that now either.

Can someone please help me?

To contact our AVG mobile team, please click on the following link http://bit.ly/1EC8H4H and fill out your details, select as android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description explain about your issue completely and finally click on Email option. Update: I can now log into AVG Zen, see my connected devices but still cannot log into the AVG Mobilation site…
