AVG Zen breaking the law

You have totally misunderstood what I wrote.

1. You upgraded my software to include Zen.

2. I want to be connected to the network. I pay to use it.

3. The network rules do not allow my PC to search the netork for other PCs on the network.

4. The network owner says that Zen is breaking these rules by searching the network.

5. I need to be able to completely disable Zen to stop this.

Hello Larry,
We regret for the inconvenience. Could you please let me know the exact AVG program installed on your PC? Also please be informed that you might receive the notification that your PC has been connected to unknown network and you might have received the notification to block your PC getting connected to unwanted network.
Thank you.

Your Zen software is BREAKING THE LAW by probing the network that I am a member of but which does not belong to me. It is in effect trespassing on the property of others.

Your software wrongly assumes that any network my computer is connected to is my property. But since the network is not my property, my computer has no legal right to look for other computers on the network. The Zen software must not be allowed to try to access it.

You need a way to totally shut off the Zen software when the network does not belong to the computer owner.
