AVG Zen Cannot Get to From "AVG Internet Security" Window

Please be informed that we have launched AVG 2016 version. We request you to uninstall the previous version from your pc http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 and then download and install AVG Ultimate 2016 version in your pc http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Ultimate_761.exe . Your issue will be fixed and AVG Ultimate multidevice (1 year subscription) and it expires on 2017.11.20.

I updated AVG Ultimate license for two more years. After that, I have lost the ability to get to the AVG Zen window, which I ususually get to by clicking a tab on the upper left side of the AVG Internet Security window. I do have a AVG Zen icon on my desktop, but it does not open. The properties tab says it starts in C:\ Windows Temp. I had full access to AVG ZEN window for 11 months on my computer until today when I updated today to add two years to my computer.

To make your uninstallation easier, we will send you AVG remover tool. Please run the tool to uninstall AVG completely from your pc. Please click on the below link to download remover tool http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe .
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually. We appreciate your valuable effort in trying to fix the issue.
