AVG ZEN cannot uninstall

This is first time of installing AVG PC TuneUp in my pc and i used trial poduct… When i try to uninstall AVG Zen, It said that i must uninstall both programs (AVG Anti Virus and PC Tune Up) but i already lost it, the program gone and i dont know the reason why…
I already used AVG Removal, and it don't work.
I still cannot uninstall it

Could you please let us know whether you have already installed AVG PC TuneUp in your pc or this is the first time of installing it? we would like to inform you that the only product available with us for free is AVG Antivirus free and the rest of the product are available as trial and paid version.

Hello… i have some problem with AVG.
First, i already installed AVG free anti virus and AVG PC Tune Up.  After that i shut down my pc, when i open it again, the file i already download its gone (AVG anti virus and PC Tune Up)…
So, i decided to download it again, but make some mistake. I download AVG Zen PC Protection, not antivirus version… I'll try to uninstall it but can't.

It said, you must uninstalled AVG free anti vurus and AVG Tune Up First… But, the program its already gone. It's not in my pc…

So, i use AVG Remover but still cannot uninstall it… What should i do?
