I currently use Avast, am just waiting for my subscription to it expire before I move to AVG PRO full on. But both my mobile phones and my android tablet have AVG PRO installed on them. One feature that I prided myself with (and AVG) was the AVG Zen feature to monitor all my devices from my desktop station, despite only having the free version on the desktop. Well, whenever I click the AVG desktop shortcut link nothing opens up anymore. Normally I would get the panel where my devices could also be detected. I tried initializing AVG Zen from my android devices for my desktop but it just keeps searching indefinitely.
Now, a pop up appeared on the side for optimization. So I seized my chance and clicked on it, and from the prompts I was able to get the 'AVG PC TuneUp' shortcut to my desktop but still no Zen. What happened to Zen. It is imperative to my OCD nature that I get Zen working again so I am perfectly organized. Please list as many plausible solutions as possible as I could use your (or anyone's) help/assistance.
