Unfortunately this still hasn't worked. All other spyware has been removed, all other programmes turned off, and no change!
Every time i try to install AVG zen, it goes most of the way though installation completing the restart, only to fail will the error code: 0xC0070643
I'm installing it onto a new laptop with windows 10, and have had issues with other app installations. Additionally, whenever i try to install it, my laptop notifies me that the windows defender is not activated, and i have tried to activate but can't. I am wondering if this is part of the issue?
