We would request you to run AVG remover tool to completely remove AVG and then re install it.
Please click this link http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to download and "Run" the AVG Remover tool.
1. Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
2. After the remover tool process is successfully finished, restart your computer.
3. After the restart, manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of My computer.
To reinstall AVG Antivirus free without AVG Zen please click on the link http://www.avg.com/us-en/download.prd-afh-free and download the installation file.

I thought I downloaded just AVG free but apparently I downloaded AVG Zen… I did this the other day, so I went to uninstall it, and it said I CANT. It said I have to uninstall the AVG protection first. I have no AVG Protection at all on my computer. Never have. So I need help to remove the AVG Zen. Its a glitch on the part of AVG because the AVG protection was never put on my computer, its a new computer and I've never used AVG protection on it.
Yes. please… I tried to unistal and it said I cant. So I'm not sure what to do about it. I installed it on my PC, not on anything else. Thanks ahead of time for your help.
