I have added my families cellphones and tablets to my AVG Ultimate subscription. I now have 7 messages in the Zen Message Centre that ranges from a first scan that needs to be done to ant-theft that needs to be setup. I have already done all of these after installing and linking the software to my account.

On one of the cellphones I was stupid enough to ask the scan to be done remotely via my PC. It still shows that it is scanning and it has been doing that for the past FIVE days! There is however no activity going on on the cellphone in question.

So, how on earth to I stop this scan and remove those messages?
