Why is my ZEN telling me my pro trial has expired when I have purchased one years cover and have the receipt email confirming payment?

To minimize this frequency of the pop-up, we suggest you to change the frequency of the pop-up from AVG interface, please click on this link for the steps to change the pop-up frequency http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-Change-the-Frequency-of-Pop-Up-Notifications. And for the performance issue, we suggest you to logout and login to your AVG MyAccount from the main device and see if that fix the issue.

Firstly as to me asking multiple questions your web pages are just too confusing and was not intended.

Yes I purchased performance device and have happily run AVG free Anti virus protection on all my devices for many years. I wish to continue doing so but by adding ZEN I get bombarded by your pop ups giving me options only to go pro. I simply want to run AVG free anti virus and AVG peformance via Zen on al my devices but your interface keeps telling me i cannot run performance on my other devices. When I go to Zen on my main device it provides tune up but does not give me access to my other devices to tune up.
