AVG Zen not seeing all devices from PC or tablet

I apologize for the inconvenience. Since AVG Zen app has been discontinued for Android, you may not be able to manage your Android devices from Zen interface on your windows computer. I would request you go to my.avg.com and enter your AVG Myaccount credentials to see the Android device information and Anti-theft notifications. Also, add and manage devices from PC Zen interface on Windows PC, instead the devices can be viewed by logging in my.avg.com and the scan and update feature cannot be monitored from the my.avg.com. However, our developers are working on the redesign of AVG Interface.

Please follow the steps below to activate the AVG Anti-virus PRO and AVG Cleaner PRO using Ultimate package :

I sent an invitation to my daughter to join my network, she received it and installed AVG from the play store. The only way for her then to join my network was for me to sign in to my account on her tablet as the way AVG said to do it was not possible. At no time could we find the place to put in the invitation code.
On my PC I can't see the tablet in Zen and on my tablet when I log in, all I can see is my phone, my tablet, the wifes tablet and the daughters tablet, nothing else. What is going on?

that is no good for my daughters tab, she needs to be able to put in the invitation code!
Also going to my avg.com does not show all the android devives on my network.
update and mess things up, typical of todays technology, if it ain't broke don't fix it!!!

  1. Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Manager -> AVG -> Uninstall.
    2. Restart your device once.
    3. Open Google play store app on your device.
    4. Search for AVG Anti-virus and AVG Cleaner.
    5. Locate and install the free version of the app.
    6. Now open the installed app.
    7. Tap on the drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app and select Login option.
    8. Enter your My Account email address and password.

    Now, the AVG Anti-virus and AVG Cleaner will upgrade to PRO.

    If not, please wait for 24 hours and check whether it's upgraded to PRO. I'm sure this information will help you.

This isn't the experience we want you to have and I apologize for the inconvenience caused. This issue has been forwarded to our developers already. They will release a new Main dashboard to manage the devices. You can also submit a product feedback via AVG > Menu > About > feedback.
