To repair AVG ZEN, go to 'Control panel' list of installed programs -> Select AVG in the list of programs ->Click the Change or Change/Remove button ->Select Repair. Hello AVG Community,
I bought AVG Ultimate 2015 about 5 months ago. Now AVG Zen won't open anymore.
When I click the desktop icon the loading wheel spins for a split second but then nothing happens.
I tried running it as administrator but nothing happens as well. I tried various ways to access Zen but none did work.
The only way I can access AVG is via the small icon in the taskbar but I can't go to AVG Zen from there! What is wrong with Zen or with AVG?
Should I reinstall AVG entirely?
