Hi Bertjan, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please open AVG and let me know if you are protected and up to date. Also, please let me know what happens when AVG window automatically opens. Please attach a screenshot of the same so that we can analyze it and help you better.
Hello BertJan. Sorry for the delay in response. The popup from Program Deactivator cannot be stopped. If you aren't interested to disable the program popped up by Program Deactivator then please ignore such popups everytime. Thank you.

After I installed Windows 10, I installed AVG Zen with AVG Tune-Up. On regular intervals AVG Zen (i think) starts up, shows itself in the taskbar, steels the focus from the application you are working in. Then after some time the application is closed automatically.

Hi Bertjan, thank you for providing the screenshots as requested. I can see that you have installed AVG Zen but you have not installed any components in it. Please open AVG Zen and click on the individual Protection, Performance, Privacy and identity fix components. The components will install one by one. Then please check if you are protected and up to date. You will not receive the pop up window if AVG is properly installed and configured. i have installed Tune-UP, the only license i have and at this point the only product i desire to use. In the previous screenshot this was hidden. Above ZEN without the 'About' dialog box covering it

Hello Bert, sorry to hear that. For your information AVG Zen is just an interface on which your protection and performance components gets installed. You have purchased the subscription only for AVG Performance so only the paid version will be installed and on other components only free version will be installed. I would request you to follow the below instructions to uninstall and reinstall your AVG Performance once:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link: http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
