I recently got the AVG Ultimate software. After installing it, I opened AVG Zen and I cannot add new devices. All the help available on the AVG website says there should be a "+" sign where you can add devices on the software GUI, but there is no + sign on the screen that I get. Any ideas or suggestions?
I am using a Windows machine (Windows 10)

We are glad to know that the issue has been fixed. We appreciate your valuable efforts. Please note that it is mandatory to be logged in as 'admin' (registered email address displayed at the top right of ZEN interface) in order to add devices. It is not possible to add devices if you are logged in as an 'user'. If you are logged in as 'user', the message 'connected' is displayed instead of your email address. Thank you.
I solved the problem by uninstalling everything from AVG I had and doing a clean install again. Let´s see if I can do the same on my Android phone. Thanks a lot.
