My Zen Protection Pro has been continually upgrading for more than 12 hours; Plus I'm being informed of a problem with my Firewall and to upgrade to Performance Pro, with advanced Firewall protection, when I already installed and paid for Protection Pro, only 2 weeks ago.
Can anyone tell me what's going on?
