Please check if there are any other conflicting security software in your computer. If yes, you can remove it from control panel as they will conflict with AVG software.
I would request you to uninstall AVG using AVG Removal tool and then you can reinstall AVG program on your computer. Please click on the below link to run AVG remover tool : http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to completely uninstall your AVG program from your PC .

I uninstalled the AVG ZEN link software on this WIN8.1/64 laptop. I now can't reinstall the ZEN link download. Error 0xC007643.
It was working fine before, and it is OK on my other 6 devices.
