Installed AVG Zen on HP/Windows 10 Premium machine and ever since have experienced recurrent BSOD. Have contacted AVG support at least three times, the last two of which they had me install a program to capture all the Windows logs. This last time, the technician stated that the issue would be elevated to the programmers and someone would contact me with a solution. Seems that the last contact with support was a couple of months ago and still no response. Now I generally run the computer with AVG Zen disabled and have no BSOD problems. During the last computing session, I enabled AVG Zen and ultimately put the computer into sleep mode. This AM, I noted the computer had shut itself down. Turned computer on and had Windows warning of BSOD crash. How long does it take for AVG support to fix such problems? If I have to disable AVG Zen to prevent BSOD crashes, what's the point of having (and paying) for it?
