Avg Zen Remote scan

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Is this the first time you are experiencing this issue? Are you using latest version(2016) of AVG programs in both the devices? Could you please provide us a screen-shot (http://avgclick.me/getscreenshot) of the message when you try to start scanning? Thank you.

Hello Guys,

Some windows computers, when I start a remote scan from my android device, using the avg zen app, get stucked on "connecting to device…" message and nothing happens.

How may I fix this problem?

Ps–> I already repaired both avg zen and avg protection free on windows devices to no avail…Also, the AVG Zen for android have been uninstalled and installed but didnt fixed the problem.

Ps2–> Other AVG functions, such as information about last update date, last update scan works normally…

To get better assistance, I suggest you to contact our dedicated support team for AVG products for mobile devices by clicking on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select the OS as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in "Description" please elaborate the issue and finally click on "Email" option. AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with the resolution. Thank you.

I am trying to post an image...But its bigger than 1 MB.

Its a image from AVG ZEN for android. Its the normal message that appears after you click on "Scan Now". It says something like "Connecting to the device" and a Cancel button besides it.

The problem is that it gets stucked in it...And the scan doesnt start....

Bruno, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
