For security reasons some of the applications will be detected as a threat by AVG protection program, however if they are trusted then it can be added to the AVG's exception as mentioned in this article http://avgread.me/18WB2dg .

Today - Dec 15, 2016, AVG Zen has started to continuously issue warnings against a URL that connects to a VPN that I use all the time. The warnings say 'Vulnerable or unsupported protocol', and won't stop. This is not based on a program that I have installed, so do I adjust the firewall settings to allow this URL? Not very happy about this. It MUST be an enhancement!
