No it has not been fixed. I just downloaded this this morning 2/6/15 and am getting the error code.

In order to analyze it please provide us with diagnostic output (run it after inducing described behavior) using this tool and please add detailed description of issue.

I just downloaded this program today and I keep getting set up error 0xe001f90e. I have tried several times to install it.
