AVG Zen shortcut no longer opens

Hello Jan. Have you received any message while opening the AVG Zen program?

No…I never received any message. I did contact support and they fixed it. Somehow the AVG Zen application did not update properly.

I have used AVG Internet Security for many years. I just decided to purchase the AVG Zen product to cover multiple devices. At first the AVG Zen shortcut would open up the AVG Zen screen but no longer does (same day as installation.) I have tried rebooting with no luck. Note...I DID properly join the Zen network by logging in with my AVG MyAccount. As stated above, it did work a few hours ago but no longer is.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
