I am beyond frustrasted. Admittedly I do not not have a techno clue in rapidly aging head.Don't even know what Zen is only that I purchased a package deal on my phone & I could include my PC. Since I rarely use it, I don't pay for coverage. Someone stole my Visa # last year and oddly enough one of the things purchased was AVG? Too bizarre? Out of the Netherlands? The bank notified me that the card was being used fraudulently. Guess I should have let AVG know????? Did not occur to me they purchased it for ME!  But today while trying to wade thru this mess of a PC I stumbled upon an invoice buried somewhere that I have not ever seen before?
But I digress. I have this official looking message from Zen telling me that the Plug In on Firefox has been disabled. Appears to be for Web Tune Up. I have updated Firefox finally, after much grief, but still, the elusive plug in is not there.
I give up.
Maybe the accounts department in the Netherlands knows the answer?
