I was trying to run the web tuneup and when it got to 75% complete, it frozeup.  I've tried everything I know to try to get it to respond. I even restarted my computer and it keeps coming back to the same screen with the 75% still there. Any ideas how to at least restart the darn thing. Thanks.

Mine does the same.  How do you make a screenshot of the frozen screen???
