AVG ZEN "Well this is embarrassing"

I was asked to restart. It didn't work.  I received the message in topic and said to contact Customer Care.  I updated AVG subscription in February.  I cannot get on to the internet, 

My subscription was to cover home PC and phone.  Can you please confirm that my phone is protectected.
