Hi Aravind,
Thanks for your reply. I've tried what you say. I've then restarted and closed/rebooted  computer but this AVG Zen box comes back (after a minute). Could it be that AVG Zen is not  part of AVG2015. But if so AVG does not  how up as an option on the Customize list. It is very frustrating to be missing a quarter of the screen! Any other ideas  please. I am running Windows 7.

Yes it does appear at every reboot.

Hello Luke,
Do you get this AVG interface every time you open AVG?

Pleased to know your issue has been sorted out, Luke. We appreciate your effort in fixing it.

The message only popped-up up once, after I updated to AVG2016 and once I re-installed it. It said that I need to re-enter my license key because there was some kind of problem. Unfortunately, having 1/6th of my screen occupied by this window (which was on top of everything) for two days or more, would have been too painful, so I removed the AVG2016 along with ZEN and got a different a-v software. Please don't hate me for that, I'll get back to AVG as soon as a more reliable version will be available. Thanks.

I have the same problem as the previous users. The exact same window as the one that can be seen on the two screenshots posted in this thread is blocking a big part of my sceen which is really annoying to say the least. Actually this started about three weeks ago, but then I didn't use this computer for a couple of days since I was away on a trip. When I came home some days later the problem was gone and it stayed like that until today.

I've tried removing AVG and then reinstalling but as soon as I updated the protection this famous pop up reappered. Any new ideas of what to do?

I have the same problem.  The lower right corner of my window is blocked by a black window filling about a quarter of my window.  It has the following quotes:
"AVG Zen
Protect your mobiles, tablets, other

Bruces"s PC  +  AVG Zen can cover  etc"

Please help me get rid of this.
Thanks
Harold

In Task manager i noticed this process: avguix.exe. (there were two of them). Clicked the end process button. seemed to have gone for now.
