Solved…Yes I did miss a step because it is not stated in activating Zen.  I did not know that you had to configure the "AVG Network" in the program first.  I found that information in the FAQ section, ya might want to bring that information up to the first page.  I still don't know why I can't see my history,hmmmmmm.

Good Evening,

I am having a heck of a time trying to get AVG Zen to reconize the fact I have paid for a subscription.

I have gone by the book by pressing the "buy now" button, then it takes me to the site, I log in, I see my subscription setting there with the experation date but how on earth can it dectect that I have paid up.  Am I missing a step?  The program shows that I have one day left until the trial expires.

Also, I have been using AVG products for years and I show no history on renewals and nothing about the purchase I just made…what's up with that?  Yes I even have disabled the fire wall and all that stuff.  Any suggestions sure would be appriciated.

Hi Pat

I'm having the exact same problem - I've upgraded to pro, but my AVG program is still asking me to upgrade.  Can you advise what the steps are to updating the 'AVG network' that you mention in your subsequent post?  I'm having no joy with the FAQs…
