Hello Dustin. Sorry to hear the inconvenience caused. Have you been using any trial version of AVG PC Tune up before installing AVG Performance Pro in your PC? If so, have you uninstalled it before installing AVG Performance?

I will uninstall it once again to see if this works.

I got AVG performance 2015-which I activated online and downloaded-but for some reason the download was a free trial. So I downloaded AVG ZEN, where I connected my account and AVG products. For some reason it won't recognize the fact that I have an AVG Performance PRO license activated on my account, and the trial has expired-leaving me without TuneUp. I have tried reconnecting my account to AVG ZEN, but it still wont update my AVG performance with the new retail license number.
