The fact is that at the first payment I indicated the wrong email address, to which I do not have access, and my avg program was not activated, of course. After that, I made the payment again, but with the correct email, to which I have access. AVG started working normally after the second payment.
First, I ask you to return the first payment please
Secondly - my avg suddenly became again as if I did not buy the license and did not activate it …
I ask you to please solve my problem
