avgcsrva.exe run by the system uses too much cpu. it uses like over 20% and more. It interferes with my gaming for example Heroes of the Storm which causes me the lag/stutter. I tested it myself and it is not a gpu problem. in order for it to go down it AVG must be disabled and that is not recommended. Please is there a way to fix this? please and thanks

Kopaka,
The file you are referring belongs to AVG scan module. This will run only when you are scanning your PC with AVG or there is a scheduled scan running. We would also like to inform you that the AVG scan will use your PC resources and you may experience the other applications and PC running slow. It will be normal once the scan is completed.

Kopaka,
Thank you for sharing the screenshot. The avgcsrva.exe service should run only when you run an AVG scan. Do you see it in the task manager irrespective of an active anti virus scan?
